Efficient de-fits, delivered on time and on budget
At the end of your lease, we will de-fit the tenancy to the landlord’s provided scope, on time and on budget.
We will complete your de-fit including the removal of fixtures, signage, lighting and internal walls, and ensure that the store is retuned to the landlord or centre as per the scope of works.
We also understand that time is a critical factor for de-fits, and will work to complete these jobs in tight time frames to ensure all your deadlines are met.
